From our rental office in Irdning on the Altirdningbrücke direction Niederöblarn, follow the cycle path R7 to Moosheim, turn right at the intersection and follow the steep road, drive about 1 km along the main road to the market square in Gröbming, here it goes a bit relaxed further direction Stoderstraße.
After the fire department depot, turn right at the crossroads to the Kneipp facility, where a steep but beautiful climb through the unique stoves awaits. Along the forest road you come to the plateau of the cattle mountain with its wonderful mountain pastures, where you have the opportunity to "refuel" - to relax, enjoy the regional delicacies and let your soul.
Due to a current barrier of the descent on the forest road in the direction of Bad Mitterndorf along the Salza reservoir, we recommend the same route back to Gröbming and then the bike path along the main road back to Espang. In Espang it is best to cross the railway crossing on the right to avoid the main road
After about 800m on the normal road you will find on the left side of the cycle path in the direction of Irdning again.
So that you are perfectly equipped for the bike route, visit Sport 2000 Schöttel and rent your bike there in the bike rental shop.
