Spechtensee-Tour

From our rental site, turn right through the town center and continue for about 1.4 km to Schlattham. Immediately after entering the village, turn left onto the Sallaberg and then down the other side. Before Ennsbrücke turn right on the cycle path R7 along the beautiful Enns, past the airbase in Aigen to the main road, then left to Wörschach follow until shortly before the center, after the underpass of the main road, a left turn off to the only Mountain classification with a length of approx. 8km through the Wörschach forest. Past the ruin Wolkenstein (10.7 km) to the beautiful alpine pastures to the Spechtensee. On the back of the Grimmings it goes down towards Klachau then along the R7 on the old main road to Untergrimming and Trautenfels. After bypassing the main road intersection, the R7 returns to Irdning.
